😆 Today’s Laugh
The funniest (and most ridiculous) restaurant review I’ve ever read.
Thank you Geraldine DeRuiter for turning your awful dining experience into a hilarious read for the rest of us. 🙇♀️
💭 Today’s Thought
What’s something you enjoyed doing as a child, but haven’t done recently?
Seriously, pause for a second and think about it. :)
Bring to mind a memory of doing that activity…
How old were you?
Where were you?
Who were you with?
What did it feel like?
If you ever feel like you don’t have any time for yourself, or to do things that truly bring you joy, a great starting point is to carve out a small bit of time to do an activity that a younger version of you once found joy in.
And if you’re wondering how the heck you’re going to find the time 😅, I’ll offer some gentle encouragement:
1 minute spent doing that activity is far better than 0 minutes.
