💭 Today’s Thought
Regret comes from missed opportunities, not failed opportunities.
When we fail, there’s disappointment, sadness, anger. But there’s also bravery, growth, and learning.
With missed opportunities, there’s only that lingering voice deep within ourselves that relentlessly asks, “What if?”
What opportunities are you resisting — either for yourself or for your team — because you might fail?
🖊️ Today’s Reflection
If you’re new to journaling, I highly encourage you to read Nancy Adler’s article: Want to be an outstanding leader? Keep a journal.
This week, find a quiet place and gift yourself 10 minutes to reflect on any of these prompts (or invent your own!):

See you next week!
