For me, also deciding between two "equally best next steps" can slow me down and have to remind myself that just picking one is better than doing nothing.

I love the reminder about picking something being better than doing nothing. <3 Sometimes I have to add another reminder onto that about it being OK for me to change my mind after I choose a direction, if it looks like things aren't going as well as I'd hoped. My default is to think that a choice can only be made once and I have to stick with whatever choice I've made so I need to rip myself out of that mindset on occasion.
